چکیده
All-inorganic metal halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) having the general formula ABX3, where A is a monovalent cation, for example, Cs+, B divalent typically Pb2+, and X Cl–, Br–, I–, or their binary mixture, show potential in optoelectronic devices. In this work, we explore effect of B-site doping on properties CsPbX3 NCs (X = Br, Cl). First, Pb2+ ions pristine CsPbBr3 NC are partially substituted by Mn2+ ions. The alkaline earth strontium then doped both Mn2+-substituted NCs. We found that small percentage Sr2+ remarkably improves photoluminescence quantum yield Mn2+-state emission Mn2+:CsPb(Br,Cl)3 Perovskite film/poly(methyl methacrylate) composites with all four variants were used white light-emitting diode (WLED), increased luminous efficiency WLED ∼4.7%. attribute performance enhancement to reduced defect density an attenuated microstrain local structure.

Integration of CuInS2-based nanocrystals for high efficiency and high colour rendering white light-emitting diodes.
Here we explored the possibility of using CuInS2-based nanocrystals as colour converting materials for light-emitting applications. Using a mixture of red and green emissive CuInS2-based nanocrystals, we successfully fabricated high colour rendering white light-emitting diodes with surface mounted devices and high-power types. The devices exhibit improved luminous efficiency, high colour render...

Since the pioneering works on the first double-layer thin-film Organic electroluminescence (EL) devices (OLEDs) by C. W. Tang and co-workers in the Kodak Company in 1987 (Tang Vanslyke, 1987), OLEDs have attracted enormous attentions in the scientific community due to their high technological potential toward the next generation of full-color-flat-panel displays (Hung Chen, 2002; Wu et al.,...
متن کاملReducing Architecture Limitations for Efficient Blue Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes.
Light-emitting diodes utilizing perovskite nanocrystals have generated strong interest in the past several years, with green and red devices showing high efficiencies. Blue devices, however, have lagged significantly behind. Here, it is shown that the device architecture plays a key role in this lag and that NiOx , a transport layer in one of the highest efficiency devices to date, causes a sig...
متن کاملLight Converting Inorganic Phosphors for White Light-Emitting Diodes
White light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) have matched the emission efficiency of florescent lights and will rapidly spread as light source for homes and offices in the next 5 to 10 years. WLEDs provide a light element having a semiconductor light emitting layer (blue or near-ultraviolet (nUV) LEDs) and photoluminescence phosphors. These solidstate LED lamps, rather than organic light emitting diode ...
متن کاملOvercoming the electroluminescence efficiency limitations of perovskite light-emitting diodes.
Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites are emerging low-cost emitters with very high color purity, but their low luminescent efficiency is a critical drawback. We boosted the current efficiency (CE) of perovskite light-emitting diodes with a simple bilayer structure to 42.9 candela per ampere, similar to the CE of phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes, with two modifications: We prevented ...
